ADRIAN MALE ASSOCIATES - CHARTERED SURVEYORS

For more than twenty-five years, Adrian Male FRICS has been providing property advice to church leaders and congregations throughout the Country.  Qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1985, he was elected to Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1992. After 30 years with a leading provincial firm of Chartered Surveyors where he served as Professional Services Director and latterly Managing Director, he established Adrian Male Associates, Chartered Surveyors in 2007, to provide specialist and bespoke advice to Christian churches.

With a passion for church history and architecture and an empathy and understanding of the church family, its resources, dynamics and politics, his firm is uniquely placed to provide uncomplicated, practical and experienced guidance from an objective and agenda-less viewpoint. Acting for Methodist, Baptist, United Reformed, Anglican and Free Evangelical denominations, Adrian Male Associates presently provides advice to more than seven hundred churches.

Adrian Male is an associate member of the Ecclesiastical Association of Surveyors and Architects, a member of the Listed Buildings Advisory Committee (URC South West Synod), and The Property Board of the South West Baptist Association and has served as a member of the District Property Advisory Committee of the Methodist Church (Plymouth and Exeter District). He is an appointed Surveyor to the Dioceses of Bristol and Leicester, South West and West of England Baptist Associations and an advisor to the Baptist Union (GB) Trust Corporation and the Methodist Connexion.
